✺ First Snow & Burgundy Hat ✺

"I want to be on another place, I hate when you say you don't understand."

Hello everyone! So it's finally done! Today I finally wrote the huge and extremely difficult exam from English, level B2. Honestly, it was really weird. I did expect something a bit different according to the papers I was doing from last years as practice. This one was easy but in the difficult way. I'm not sure if you understand what I mean. But now I'm just hoping with my fingers crossed until the 13th of December when the results come out. I really hope I pass and can go to the speaking park on January 9th
But I'm happy that it's behind me. Now I can fully look forward to Christmas. Since Monday I've got in real Christmas spirit because it started to snow. The first snow of this winter!! It was snowing all day so all I was doing during school was looking out of the window and dreaming about me finally getting on my beloved snowboard. Hopefully this whole Christmasy- wintery spirit will last until the big day. Right now I'm messing around the house singing Christmas carols and my parents are just face-palming themselves. *haha*
I'm already think about December posts. I have an idea of doing loads of DIY posts either about presents or some decorations. Just let me know in the comments what do you think about this. I already have some ideas either from my head or from Pinterest. That brings me to the Pinterest thing. About two weeks ago I created new Board on Pinterest where you can find some very interesting and cute DIYs and some of them I may do and update here. Check it out here. :) Thank you
So guys. That's all for today. I'd like to update a December Favourites on Saturday because on Sunday the December starts and I've just remembered that I have to buy an Advent chocolate calendar. :)

● Parka & Burgundy Colour ●

"Hey, Get your back off the wall. Don't you get comfortable..."

Hello everyone! I decided to get back to my old way of writing posts. I think it looks better like this. But anyway I have question for you. Do you like it like this, when the first picture is smaller and on the left side or you prefer the lyrics of the song under the big photo? :) I know, bit of weird question but I'm giving it a go. :)
I finally can update here these photos. They were taken last Tuesday and since then I didn't have time to update them. It was the second time I wore my new parka from Asos and since that time I'm wearing it all the time. I'm absolutely in love with it.
I'm not sure how it will be with posts this week because I'm gonna be super busy. On Thursday I'm writing one very important exam that I'm writing in a language school. Basically it's writing part of my English exam B2 level and I'm a bit terrified. I still haven't learned anything but that's not the problem. The thing is that everyone I know is telling me that my English is really good and I shouldn't have any problems with passing the exam. But honestly, I really feel weird about it. All the practicing tests I've done were fine. The mark was either 1 or 2. But that was only one part out of four. And then in January the speaking part. Guys please, fingers crossed for me on Thursday. Thank you! :)

*How to* Cookies

Hello everyone! I'm sorry that this weekend's post comes this late but I really didn't have time. I was either studying or searching for some products on the Chinese web site because my brother is there and he said, that he will buy me something. Just imagine how amazed I am, not only because of the huge selection but also because of the low prices. This is literally unbelievable!
But that doesn't matter now. This Friday I was baking again and so I decided to share with you really simple recipe. So if you want to know how to make delicious cookies then keep reading. :)
*Sjuz*
Ingredients:
*1 egg
*100g butter
*150g plain flour
*75g caster sugar
*1/2 tea spoon of salt
*1/2 tea spoon of baking soda
*1/2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
*100g chocolate for cooking

1st Step:
* Roughly chop the chocolate. I prefer to cut it with a knife. So do whatever you consider as a better option.

2nd Step:
* Mix butter and sugar together until well incorporated. I recommend use hand to mix everything. It's much better and easier.

3rd Step:
* Add an egg into the mixture and again mix all together with your hands.

4th Step:
* Add flour, salt, vanilla extract and baking soda. Continue mixing until the dough becomes thick.

Note: This actually happened to me on Friday. Don't know why but after adding all ingredients together, the dough was really sticky and absolutely not thick. If this happened to you, all you have to do is to add flour. Not much only until the dough starts to get thicker.

5th Step:
* When the dough is thick and you can actually shape it into some shape. You can finally add the chocolate but make sure it's not only on one place but in the whole dough.

6th Step:
* After mixing the chocolate in, it's time for some waiting. It's better when you leave the mixture just stay in the bowl for an hour. It ma seem too long, but trust me it's wort it, because when the cookies are baked they are much more softer than without one hour rest. So go for a run or or just have a nap.

7th Step:
* After one hour waiting it's time to preheat the oven for 170°C
* While the oven is preheating, you put the baking paper on the baking tin. Then start t for the cookies. You can choose between smaller or bigger ones. It's up to you.

8th Step:
* And finally put the cookies into the oven and wait from 10-15 minutes. :)

All Done!

✵ 2 Whole Years ✵

Hello everyone! Today is a big day, because we are celebrating 2 beautiful years of my blog. 11/11/2011 on this magical date this love of mine was created. Since then I had so much fun writing all those posts. To me, it's like some kind of diary full of my adventures and memories. I don't really care that my blog is unpopular. What is important for me is the fact that it makes me really happy. When I was starting this blog with my  very first post (here) I really hadn't thought that it would last for actual 2 years and this is not the end at all. I have plans that I would like to accomplish in the future and hopefully you, my dearest readers are going to stick to my random blabbing and not-really-good photos.
When I think about this past two years, I can't help but smile. You can't even imagine how much fun it is to take photos outside in the snow when the entire you is frozen and your friends are throwing snow balls at you. Also if I didn't have this blog I would never ever know about so many things. It gave me so much, I found so many people who inspire me and styles which influenced me and my English also improved. It really is big part of my life and hopefully I'll stick to my little blog for another few years. One more time thank you everyone so much for reading, I love you and I'll see you very soon! :)
