Hello everyone! So today you'll see the last post which is winter related. I mean I'm soo up to date! (the sarcasm game here is so real) But there's just too many things going on. Next week i have exams for one of my universities and let me tell you, I'm nervous as hell. I mean I'm learning and preparing for it but still it's gonna be so difficult. Then in 3 weeks I have my school leaving exams part 2 which means in 3 weeks it's an official wrap to my high school years. A bit scary, right?? :)
But to write something about today's post. It's just a bunch of snaps from my winter trips. I'm so grateful for every single day i could spend on the slope doing my stuff. I feel like I improved but it still wasn't as much as i wanted to. But definitely it was much better than last year when i wasn't even snowboarding. So shout out to the winter 2015 for being so wonderful, sunny and good to me. I feel so blessed being able to do this amazing sport which means the world to me.
So just sit comfortably and enjoy some of the wonderful moments I got the chance to experience during my favourite season. Love you all loads and until next time. Have your best one! :)
Susan.

New Snowboard Gear.
Hello everyone! So as I promised here comes one of my update kinda posts. Today I want to talk about my new snowboard gear. Let's say that this winter I spent a lot of money however I can't be complaining. Was so worth it. :)
I was in a serious need for a proper winter jacket considering for like past three or four years i've been using my brother's one and he was getting really pissed off about it, so it really was time to invest into my new one. And as many people know I'm kind of obsessed with Burton. So after long consideration and hunt I said yes to this blue (oh how unexpected Susan) jacket from Burton and along with it I ordered also this blue (again) beanie. Let's say that it was love on the first sight and i don't plan to finish our relationship any soon. :)
Second, even more exciting purchase was actually present for my 18th Birthday from my parents, however I got it already at the beginning of February. After 8 years of riding my old snowboard it was time for a change and trust me, I spent endless hours looking for the best board. From the very beginning I knew that I wanted to have a Burton board, considering it was my dream for many years now. I had really crucial time picking up the right one, considering now I'm specifying for Freestyle riding and I'm really tall girl and there's not that many tall boards for women. Pity. Finally I ended up getting a men's board which i was really scared about because it's not the same as the women's one. But then I took it to the slope and oh boy, my mind was blown away. It's so perfect, like seriously I'm over the moon. However I have to admit, it's quite hard to do the tunings in the air but I guess that only needs practice.
And along with my new board aka. my new boyfriend, it was necessary to buy also new bindings because the Burton boards use The Channel which is a bit different way of bindings. Too difficult to explain. This situation came really handy considering my old bindings were well... in really really bad conditions. :) And I think I picked good, once again. :)
Okay so it was really interesting winter. Hopefully this whole upgrade will help me reach my goals and I'll keep on getting better in the freestyle snowboarding and i wish soon, I'll get on the big jumps and perform some sick tricks. :) Best of luck to you all.
Susan.

Hello Spring.
Hello everyone! Long time since my last post, huh? To be honest with you, there were a lot of things happening at school, university stuff and when i had some free time I tried to spend it with my friends. But Today is the first day of Easter holiday here in Slovakia so I was like, hey, let's write a post on my blog and give you guys a little update on what was going on in my life for past two months.
I will create probably two or three more separate posts which will contain my new snowboard gear (trust me, there's a lot to look at), my snowboarding trips and some new pieces i purchased.
To kick off this post I'll start with probably the most exciting thing from all those i want to tell you about. I'm accepted to my first university! *yay* It's in Brno (Czech republic) on VUT (Brno University of Technology) and the program is Chemistry for Medical Application, which is very exciting. For past three Saturdays I've been attending a chemistry preparatory course in Brno and then I wrote a test which was in my opinion super easy and so i got accepted. Oh and trust me, it feels so good!! :)
Other thing I want to talk about is the fact that on 6th March I turned 18!! So I'm officially in the adult world and to be honest I have really mixed emotions about it. I mean i can now do whatever the hell I want but on the other hand, I still want to be that 8 year old child with no responsibilities and no worries in life. Fun times. :)
I finally have plan for this summer holiday. Only few more things have to be done and I'll go surfing to France for one whole week during the last June week and straight after that I'm going to Germany where I'll spend at least one and a half month working at the beach in a very nice cafe/ restaurant with my friend. I don't know if you can imagine how excited I am. :)
And probably the last big thing i want to include in this rather random post is the fact that at the beginning of March I wrote my school leaving exams from Slovak and let me say, that it was terrible. I don't like Slovak. I use English more often than my mother language so it was really hard for me to write the essay and the actual test was one big piece of bullshit. Sorry for being rude but i can't describe it otherwise. :) Now I have to learn for the second round of the exams which will take place in May but this time it's "speaking part" and i have more subject included. Slovak, chemistry, biology and maybe physics. And also i can't forget about the preparation for my other two university tests. Hardcore time is coming!! :)
So that's all for this post. keep an eye for two winter related posts and one more which will include some of my new goodies. I'm really happy to be back (hopefully) on the track and see you all lovely people soon. Have a nice day!! :)
Susan.
