*Sjuz*
Ingredients:
*2 eggs
*100g caster sugar
* 220g "Polohrubá múka" (Sorry I didn't even find this in English, it's a kind of flour. For the English people the plain flour should be enough)
*2 teaspoons of baking powder
*a pinch of salt
*170ml milk
*1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder/ extract
*125g unsalted butter
*100g dark chocolate
Oven: Preheat the oven to 170°C
1st Step:
Roughly cut the chocolate.
Note:
Here comes a bit of multitasking. Step 2,3,4 and 5 have to be done together. So prepare for a bit of rush but trust me, after two or three times of doing this, it's going to be easy-peasy! ;)
2nd Step:
Melt the butter on the medium fire and occasionally stir with the wooden spoon.
3rd Step:
Put the eggs and sugar in a freestanding electric mixer and beat until pale and well combined.
4th Step:
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
5th Step:
In another bowl, I prefer a cup, combine the milk and the vanilla powder/ extract.
6th Step:
It's time for some mixing. Now, beat all the four mixtures GRADUALLY together and mix until well incorporated. Come on make your arm hurt a bit. ;) *hah*
7th Step:
When all the mixtures are properly incorporated, it's time to add the chocolate. And mix again until it looks like on the photo below. :)
8th Step:
You can either put the mixture into the paper cases or just right into the form. If you are doing it like me, right into the form, you should first spread it with butter. It helps getting it off. :)
9th Step:
Fill the form/ paper cases with the mixture until two-thirds full and finally put in the oven for about 30 minutes!
The End!
